Eligibility for Returns:
a. Artwork Eligibility: Only artworks that meet the following criteria are eligible for returns:
Artwork received in damaged or defective condition.
Artwork significantly different from the product description or image displayed on our website.
b. Timeframe: To be eligible for a return, you must initiate the process within 14 days of receiving the artwork.
Return Process:
a. Notification: To initiate a return, please send me an email and kindly include your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs showing the problem (if applicable).
b. Approval: Once the return submission has been reviewed, a response within 48 hours with approval or further instructions will be sent via email in response to the email submitted originally.
c. Packaging: Please ensure that the artwork is securely packaged in its original packaging materials, or equivalent, to prevent damage during transit.
d. Return Shipping: You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method to ensure the safe arrival of the artwork.
Refund or Exchange:
a. Refund: Once the returned artwork is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.
b. Exchange: In the case of damaged or defective artwork, we may offer an exchange for a replacement of the same artwork, subject to availability.
Non-Returnable Items:
a. Personalised Artwork: Artworks that are custom-made or personalized according to your specific requirements cannot be returned, except in the case of damage or defects.
Cancellation Policy:
a. Order Cancellation: You may request an order cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order. After this timeframe, the artwork may have already been processed for shipping.
