I’ve recently began attending art events as a trader and at each one I have genuinely had such a great time, getting to know the organisers as well as the lovely fellow traders I’ve had the privilege to pitch next to. Also, at each new event it’s been a true pleasure to meet you, the customer. You can sometimes feel quite isolated as a sole trader, creating art in a studio and selling online so it’s real treat to be able to chat and find out a little about the amazing folk that frequent events such as the Whitby Steampunk Weekend or the HRH Sci-Fi Weekender.
